The purpose-built AMPlify CRM® tracks leads, prospects, and employees with sophisticated reporting capabilities to give executives the metrics they need to manage effectively.

Now a core asset to the business, AMPlify CRM® takes prospects seamlessly through qualification, contract close and into project management with sophisticated asset tracking and job cost analysis in the field. The solution truly encapsulates the entire lifecycle.

The Challenge

Due to the nature of the construction industry and the intricacies it has: AMPCO required heavy customizations of “off the shelf” CRM systems which creates an atmosphere for expensive per seat licensing, limitations, and dependency. Furthermore, the vision AMPCO had for their system is beyond the scope of normal CRM systems. Creating custom software to meet these objectives was the only path.

The Results

The AMPlify CRM® is in production being used by AMPCO employees in Sales & Marketing, Finance, IT, and Project Management.

As a modern cloud-based system, employees are empowered with efficiencies, tools, and capabilities that they did not previously have access to.

With a roadmap of enhancements to be deployed in the future, our partnership with AMPCO highlights the importance of customized tools for operational efficiency.

Throughout the project, development cost control was important and balancing the needs of the organization with the value of the asset being created was successful every step of the way.


The Solution

The solution has expansive functionalities. The primary modules are categorized into: Sales, Bid Management, Geographical Mapping, and Project Management.

The sales module allows staff to maintain contact and business records along with a history of communication.

The bid management system allows project managers to solicit bids from third parties to maximize spend on projects while tracking assets and purchase orders.

Geographical mapping visualizes the location of jobs to gain insight into proximity and similarities between work sites. Within those job sites, costs are tracked by employees in the field via tablet calculating real-time job costs and collecting safety and other must-gather data on a daily basis.
